And they have also seized her passport in the event she’s able to post the $1,000,000 cash/surety bond assigned her, remove her steel cuff tether, and try to flee being held accountable for her beyond horrendous crime.

Could he have freely given her permission and authority to do this because his family did not care enough about him and she did?

Life gets busy but please take care of your elderly, especially if they took care of you until you’re grown.

Imagine going to look for your family member only to be told he was dead and ashed.

For some reason I believe there is more to this story. I mean how could a random caregiver get through the process to be her patient’s power of attorney? Where were his family? Maybe he legitimately wanted her to takeover and take him off life support if he was to ever be on it, and also cremate his body if he pass away.

This what I’m thinking too Briana. It seems like his family didn’t care much about him and his affairs and the caregiver was all he was seeing so he gave her permission and authority 🤔

If she really did all this I hope she rot in hell. That was not her place to remove someone she’s only the caregiver for, from life support. That’s murder! And how was she able to get poa anyways?

  3. You would be surprised to know how often this kinda thing happen. And it mostly get to happen because the family don’t keep a close eye on their elderly sick family member.

  4. At 78 he already lived a full life so who knows if he gave her permission to do all she did. I refuse to believe the caregiver was able to do all that she did without any authority.

Yea, there is definitely more to this story. She wouldn’t have been able to do so much on her own securing power of attorney and all. I hope they do a thorough investigation to see if that man wanted her to do all that she did, or if some other unscrupulous person or people are involved.

    1. I 100% agree with you on this Christine. Something is just not adding up and they should look thoroughly at it.

    2. Exactly what I came here to say. That woman did not act alone. Either that man freely gave her the authority or someone helped her.

Same thing I’m thinking 🤔 Like it’s not that easy to get power of authority without the person’s consent and the person granting the poa would have noticed if the person was under duress. Definitely need more looking into.

She does not look like a criminal to me lol, I have to keep reminding myself that criminals don’t have a specific look. But I hope they do their thorough research and I am right on this one.

You are hilarious!!! I’ve seen some of the most beautiful and pleasant looking criminals in my lifetime, I know better than to entertain that thought. LOL!

  7. Our elders are way too vulnerable to be left alone, come on guys, we can do better. Even if in care facility, check in regularly because the opportunists will be less inclined to hurt or take advantage of them when you do.
